WATCH THE 2nd CHAIR EXERCISES HERE
Good day to all the parishioners of Our Lady of Mercy! I hope that you were able to set aside time to do the upper body and exercises that we started last week.
For the second week, I focused on the beginner strengthening exercises for the lower body. When you start doing these on your own, I suggest doing the exercises for one minute, resting in between if you need to, and resting for another minute before moving to the next exercise. You may do the full exercise 2-3 times during the day.
Keep exercising for your physical health just as we keep praying for our spiritual well being.
