Hello Fellow Parishioners of Our Lady of Mercy!
I hope that you are well and healthy at this time. I know that keeping active is challenging at this time when we are encouraged to stay indoors. To help keep you all moving, in behalf of the Wellness Ministry, I will be sharing exercise videos on Wednesdays that will help guide you through some exercises that you can do at home. These are 15 minutes on the average and we will all start at a beginner level and hopefully progress as we get stronger as a community.
As you are all at different levels of fitness, please refrain from doing parts of the exercises which may not be appropriate for you. Let’s keep our bodies strong through these exercises as we pray to keep our spirits strong especially at this time.
