MARK YOUR CALENDARS ~ OUR SECOND FAMILY FAITH FORMATION GATHERING IS SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY MARCH 18th

Family Faith Formation Gatherings are open to all family members and all families. Families come in all forms and varieties. Some are extended family units comprised of Grandparents, Adult Children, Aunts and Uncles, and children. Some are single parent families. Some are simply widowed men and women living by themselves. Others are single (never married) folk living individually. No matter what variety or description you fall under, KNOW THAT YOUR ARE A WELCOME PARTICIPANT.

Our March 18th Family Faith Gathering is centered on The Paschal Journey of Jesus (The Passion, Death and Resurrection of Jesus). This is also OUR FAMILY’S Journey.

Our parish, in union with believers around the globe, recall and remember these core events of our salvation during Holy Week, especially in the celebrations connected with HOLY THURSDAY, GOOD FRIDAY, HOLY SATURDAY AND EASTER SUNDAY.

Our March 18th Family Faith Gathering will help your family make the connections between your family life and the events in the life of Jesus. Plan to come as YOUR FAMILY, whatever it composition. Come learn the connections between YOUR FAMILY’S life and the life of our Savior. Prepare YOUR FAMILY to join OUR PARISH FAMILY to celebrate and embrace the great events of our faith when we come together to celebrate Holy Week this year. ATTENTION COUPLES CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF MARRIAGE, 25 YEARS OF MARRIAGE AND FIVE YEARS OF MARRIAGE DURING 2012.

Archbishop Myers invites you to come to the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart on May 6th at 3pm (Golden Jubilarians) or June 3rd at 3pm (Silver Jubilarians or Five Year Celebrants) so that he may bless your marriage. Registration is required and must be made no later than April 18th. Registration can be made through the Parish Offices (OLM 201 434 7500 – OLS 201 433 0626). Advanced congratulations to all our Jubilarians and to all married couples.
